“Ssh.” Scott hissed in Will’s ear as Will tried to get the key in the front door. “You’ll wake us up.”

“We’re not in there,” Will muttered back, the wine he’d imbibed with the Chinese they’d finally settled on for dinner fizzing happily in his blood. Not that they’d had more than three glasses each, but the lack of sleep and lack of food had caught up with them, leaving them both very tipsy. They’d left the SUV at Laurel Heights with a promise from Cal, who had a 5.00am meeting, that he would drop it off on his way to the office in the morning.

“I meant them.” Scott waved an arm in the general direction of everywhere.

“Oh, right, ssh.”

The front door finally opened and with Scott’s weight against his back, Will fell forward into the house, Scott tumbled down on top of him and they lay sprawled on the hall floor in a giggling heap of tangled limbs.

“That was cool,” Scott said tipsily. “Let’s do it again.”

“No!” Will shook his head and struggled to his feet, then closed the front door, flicking the catch to secure it. “Bed.”

“Thought you’d never ask.” Scott leered at Will and grabbed a handful of his ass.

Will sniggered and raised an eyebrow as he slid his arms around Scott’s shoulders. “Oh, I have to ask now, do I?”

“Hey, like my Nana used to say, if you don’t ask, you don’t get.”

“Well I ain’t askin’, so I guess that means…” Will attempted to extricate himself from Scott’s arms. Okay, it wasn’t exactly a serious attempt, but it had the desired effect. Will gasped as Scott tightened his grip and bent his head, his tongue flicking into the hollow at the base of his throat. “Fuck.” He swallowed. “Thought… I had to… ask.”

Scott smiled against his skin. “I’ll make an exception, just this once.”

“Lucky me.”

“Damn straight.”

“I fuckin’ hope not.”

“Will?”

“Yeah?”

“Stop talking.”

“Ok—” The rest of the word was swallowed by Scott as he sealed their lips together. The lick of his tongue drove every other thought from Will’s mind, except for take me right the fuck now! He slid his fingers into Scott’s hair and the tickle of the short strands against his palms sent desire, white hot, racing through him. Scott’s anxious pulling at Will’s clothes as he devoured his mouth and took complete control, told Will they weren’t going to make it to the bed.

“You’re so fuckin’ hot,” Scott murmured against his lips. His fingers scrabbled ineffectually at the buttons on Will’s shirt and he cursed loudly.

Will broke the kiss, albeit reluctantly and pushed at his shoulders, forcing Scott to take a step back. He ran his thumb across his bottom lip, gathered up the moisture from Scott’s kiss and sucked his thumb into his mouth, his gaze never leaving Scott’s. The sound of his man’s involuntary whimper at the movement had him rock hard and straining at his pants. Scott’s navy eyes were almost black, his naked desire burning deep within them. Will yanked his shirt from his pants and gripped the hem before pulling it over his head and tossing it to the floor.
